Andrew Oh-Willeke is an attorney at law with a solo practice admitted in Colorado and New York State. His linked-in profile is here.

His practice includes wills, trust, probate, asset protection planning, tax planning, tax litigation, business law, property law and commercial litigation. Many of his clients are in the marijuana industry. He does not represent clients in criminal case or habeas corpus petitioner or proceedings seeking post-trial relief in criminal law matters.

He is a cum laude graduate of the University of Michigan Law School, where he was an editor on the Michigan Journal of International Law, and was first admitted to the practice of law in 1995. He earned his undergraduate degree at Oberlin College, where he was a math major, in 1992. He grew up in Oxford, Ohio.

He has previously been employed as a partner in a small law firm with former state representative Anne L. McGihon, as "of counsel" to the law firm of Akerman Senterfitt (a five hundred plus attorney law firm based in Florida), as a full time professor of estate planning in a Master's Degree program for financial planners at the Colorado based College For Financial Planning (best known for establishing the Certified Financial Planner designation, which is now administered by a separate non-profit), and as an associate attorney at medium sized law firms in Colorado.

He regularly teaches continuing legal education classes, which have included topics such as asset protection, civil litigation, estate planning, probate, tax planning, and choice of entity. He has published articles on estate taxation and probate law in the Colorado Lawyer, and has presented papers on legal topics at academic conferences.

He spent time as a part-time professional journalist for the online publication then called Colorado Confidential, and served a two year term as the Treasurer of the Democratic Party of Denver. He is a married father of two college students.

His office is located at 1756 Gilpin Street, Denver, Colorado 80218. This is near Presbyterian-St. Luke's Hospital. He is sometimes not available if you appear in person without an appointment. His normal office hours at 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday, and is frequently out of the office on business matters without notice during the day.
