Is that considered to be a mental issue? Not that CDOC is doing anything to help offenders with mental problems...they have been fighting the courts for 10 years to provide mental health counseling for those who need it. And the DA's don't care about them...they just keep locking them up.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
