Cop Convicted in NYC

While it doesn't happen very often, on rare occassions, a cop is convicted of acts involving unlawful use of force. The conviction in liberal New York City notably came after a first jury hung, was before a judge, and came for negligent homicide, rather than manslaughter, but it is still an exceptional event.
