Our country indefinitely detains people it knows to be innocent of any crime, people who it knows not to be terrorists, at Guantanmo Bay, for months on end, with no end in sight. Our Senate has voted to deny people like this any legal relief once already.
Our war crimes do immeasurable harm to homeland security and the security of Americans abroad.
