Big Business and Gay Rights

Gay rights is hardly a fringe thing to support any more. According to Focus on the Family:

49 of the Top 50 Fortune 500 companies "have adopted pro-gay policies. Looking at the entire list, 85 percent of the Top 500 companies have done so."

Big business tends to be socially liberal and economically conservative. They support Republicans, often, because they feel it helps their bottom lines, but that doesn't mean that they are fully at ease with that stance.
