Evidence Obtained Through Torture.

This should be the law in the United States:

Britain's highest court ruled Thursday that evidence obtained in other countries through torture may not be used in British courts.

A recent U.S. federal court criminal case in which a man was convicted based on a confession made in Saudi Arabia which he claims was coerced through torture, cast real doubt on that point, however.
