Cult SLAPP Continues

The SLAPP suit brought by the Gentle Winds Project cult, recently dismissed in federal court, has been refiled in the courts of Maine, now that the federal claims have been dismissed. According to one of the defendants in the federal suit:

Gentle Wind's Tubby and Moe Miller et al have re-filed their lawsuit, minus the dismissed Federal claims, in Maine state court, after getting completely removed from Federal Court on 1-3-06. The state charges are defamation, etc. Our Counterclaims will be filed too.
