A Wheat Ridge naturopath pleaded guilty today during jury selection in Jefferson County District Court. Brian O'Connell pleaded guilty to criminally negligent homicide, theft, assault, perjury, practicing medicine without a license and other charges in the death of Sean Flanagan, 19.
He faces up to 15 years in prison. More details here and here.
