There are over 150 listings for Michael Martin in Florida. If the no-fly list can't filter out a seven year-old boy, I'm guessing he's not the only one.
Wired draws attention to the Department of Justice's proposed budget, "reporting that there were 19,967 'positive matches' in 2006. ... It's not clear from the report whether those numbers include individuals whose names only coincidentally match one of those on the list, such as ... Sen. Ted Kennedy."
Bruce Schneier asserts that all of the "positive matches" are false alarms, "because this administration makes a press splash with every arrest, no matter how scant the evidence."
