Detroit Schools Reorganize

Forty schools in Detroit that employ about 2600 people who will have to reapply if they want to keep their jobs, are reorganizing during the district's current receivership. Limitations on the formation of new charter schools in the district have also been lifted as a result of the City's declining population.
