Democrat Kathleen Kane, the Attorney General for the state of Pennsylvania, has been
temporarily suspended from the practice of law by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. She is also fighting charges including perjury and obstruction of justice
on the grounds that she illegally leaked grand jury material and then lied about it under oath. The order does not remove her from elected office and she
does not intend to step down from it.
