U.S. Senator Graham wants to
add an amendment to the Senate appropriations bill which would deny the courts jurisdiction over people designated by the President as enemy combatants, giving a legislative stamp of approval to an American gulag system. Maybe the Senate pro-torture caucus, of which Colorado's Wayne Allard is a member, will reconstitute itself as the Senate pro-injustice caucus.
If we had true gulags, wouldn't that be a good thing, because then the prisoners would be producing goods for our economy? (-;
