John Dozier Unethical IP Lawyer

Multiple blogosphere intellectual property law commentators agree that John Dozier of the Dozier Internet Law Firm has acted unethically by trying to stifle public discussion of his unethical practice of trying to assert a copyright in cease and desist letters posted by their targets.

It is particularly troubling that his website immediately touts an "AV" Martindale Hubble rating, one that indicates that his practice is ethical, an opinion not widely shared in the bar.

Many also note that John Dozier's skills at legal analysis of the case analysis he made in a press release about his practice of asserting a copyright in cease and desist letters is questionable.
