Detroit's Fires Burn 100 Homes

I didn't see a story on it in the Denver Post this morning, despite the fact that the news broke well before press time, but there has been large number of structure fires (about 100 homes, more than the Boulder fire that is raging now and is national news) in Detroit. Downed power lines in high winds and insufficient fire department resources (both attributable to insufficient infrastructure maintenance funds), rather than arson, seems to be the problem.
