The Life Of A Car Salesman

Edmunds.com has a wonderful lengthy article on what it is like to sell cars.

Particularly facinating is how normal questionable ethical practices and deception are in this kind of sales, and how inefficient car dealerships are, in the sense that they have large straight commission sales forces that spend much of their time idle.

Hat Tip: Curious Stranger.
