Last April, I'd mentioned the establishment of the
Sparrow coffee shop that started to operate when a previous tenant at the 7th and Grant location left, leaving behind all the fixtures for a coffee shop. This accidental venture was short lived, and the location is currently being remodeled for a business described as an "inn." Another independent coffee shop has bitten the dust.

I'm a big fan of Hooked on Colfax (down the street from the Bluebird) myself. I'm there several times a week. They serve Pablo's coffee
I love a good local coffee shop, sorry to hear that Sparrow is gone.
