Voice Mail On Its Way Out

I removed voice mail service from my cell phone a few years ago, and our office has dramatically curtailed voice mail use in the last few months.  It turns out we have good company and that the flight from voice mail is widespread.

Simply put, we all find it much more cumbersome to check for voice mail than texts and e-mails.
