Is there a word for someone who doesn't believe in god (or is agnostic about the possibility), and wouldn't worship the ones that the vast majority of people worship if they were wrong?
Is there a word for someone who believes in a god or gods, and actively chooses not to worship that god, or those gods, because that god or those gods are morally repugnant?

they is not clear
Sure: Stupid. If a God exists, by definition it is much smarter than we are. it would have a much deeper sense of moral clarity than we ever could, both from a rationalist perspective of capacity to reason, and from an intuitive sense of an omniscient (or at least more omniscient than we ever could be) being's lived experiences.
If I know a reasonably Godlike being 1) existed, and 2) was the supreme being, what argument could be made for holding my own understanding of right and wrong above its own? None but arrogance (something most societies most places acknowledge is bad.)
Or, maybe such a God would just be feckless and indifferent to human affairs because we are trivialities. Power does not imply wisdom.
