A Defense Of Stock Options

According to Richard Booth at Villanova Law, stock options are "the Best Form of Executive Compensation" because stockholders wouldn't want to "induce the CEO to engage in conservative business strategies designed primarily to avoid losses rather than generate gains[.]"

Silly me. I thought that was what we were trying to do with executive compensation reform.
