U.S.

Vice Presidnet Biden (D) (casts tie vote in Senate)

House: 255 D, 178 R (218 seats is a majority)
All 435 seats up for re-election

Senate: 57 D +2 Dem leaning Independents, 41 R (51 is majority, 60 is filibuster proof)
One-third of seats are up for re-election

Colorado

Governor Ritter (D)
Lt. Governor O'Brian (D)
Secretary of State Buescher (D)
State Treasurer Kennedy (D)
Attorney General Suthers (R)
All of the above seats are up for re-election

State House 37 D, 27 R, 1 ex-Democrat
All state house seats are up for re-election

State Senate 21 D, 14 R
Half of state senate seats are up for re-election

CU Regents 5 R, 4 D
State Board of Education 4 R, 3 D
About half of state education positions are up for re-election
