"Don't Let The door Hit You On The Way Out.", is how a 6th Circuit Court of Appeals judge
sums up current U.S. Immigration policy as implemented in our woefully inadequate administrative court system. In the case before it, an immigration judge was acting in a manner that seemed wholely disconnected from the case, and the immigrant's lawyer was screwing up keeping out valuable evidence. Also, notably, the Court of Appeals took judicial notice of Wikipedia as an authority of the state of affairs in Mauritania.
