Landlord's Nightmare.

I've represented both landlords and tenants in litigation and negotiations for many years. Fortunately, I've never had a client have the misfortune of this fellow who found a stick of dynamite in the sink of a place he was renting near Colfax and Quebec Street. The bomb squad has ordered the entire block evacuated while they look for more. Somehow, I'm guessing that this tenant does not get his security deposit back.
