No Hard Feelings.

In the Mayoral election that put John Hickenlooper, Denver's very popular Mayor, into office, I campaigned for another very good man, Penfield Tate. Hickenlooper and Tate apparently don't have hard feelings over the contest between several qualified candidates. Hickenlooper has now appointed Tate to serve on the Denver Water Board.

Tate is an attorney in the areas of municipal bonds and redevelopment. This experience will serve him well during his six year term in this important volunteer position. The Board provides water to 1.2 million customers in the metro area, more than a quarter of the population of the entire state.
