Onion Right Again.

Sixteen days ago, the Onion ran a story entitled: "Bob Marley Rises From Grave . . . ." Smugly, I thought to myself, well, at least that one isn't going to come true. Oh, contraire! I couldn't have been more wrong. Despite the fact that reggae demigod Bob Marley died in 1981, he is releasing a new record with new music on November 8, 2005! This week's headline:

"First New Official Bob Marley Recording in Over a Decade Sees Release"

The post-mortem song to be released is entitled "Slogans", and was recorded by the late Bob Marley with his two sons, and with Eric Clapton, in 2004. The CD is entitled "Africa Unite."

I'd say that this definitely qualifies in the rising from the grave department.
