What Is Wrong With The Legal System?

Rebecca Love Kourlis, who recently retired from the Colorado Supreme Court to serve as founding director of the Institute for the Advancement of the American Legal System based at the University of Denver, recently offered some cogent observations, mostly well within the mainstream of people who have seen the legal system at work up close, on what is wrong with the system now, on the radio interview program Colorado Matters (February 2, 2006).
