Election Day

Tomorrow is election day for a good share of my readers, including some in Colorado (although none in Denver) as some city charters require that elections be held on the first Tuesday of November after the first Monday, unlike TABOR which requires that elections be held on the first Tuesday of November.

Vote no on Amendment 2 in Texas (it is anti-gay).

Vote yes on issues 2, 3, 4 and 5 in Ohio (Reform Ohio).

Vote no on Props 73, 74, 75, 76, 77 (these are Arnold's package) and 78 (prescription drugs, rep version), and yes on 79 (prescription drugs, dem version) in California.

Vote against an anti-gay Referendum #1 in Maine (to repeal non-discrimination laws).

Vote against 912 (gas tax repeal) and 330 (med mal limits), and for 901 (smoking ban) in Washington. Vote for the Seattle monorail.

Vote for Corzine in New Jersey and Kaine in Virginia.

Vote for Freman Hendrix in Detroit. Vote for Donna Frye in San Diego. Vote for Ferrer in NYC.

Do the right thing.
