Intellectual Property Tax Abuse.

Intellectual property rights, even when they aren't abusive themselves, are frequently used to manipulate tax laws in a fashion that a lay observer would call abusive, even if it is perfectly legal. Ask Microsoft, which cuts its tax bill by about $500 million a year with such schemes.
