Vote Centers in Denver.

I want to join Colorado Luis in strongly endorsing vote centers for Denver. The concept allows anyone in the county to vote at any voting location, with the price being that there are fewer, larger voting locations. It has improved voter turnout in places where it has been used (Larimer County, Colorado introduced the idea), and Denver definitely needs improved voter turnout.
