Justice Thomas Overruled.

I'd mentioned earlier on this blog that Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas had stayed a state court order denying a woman in jail an abortion of the timing of a $350 payment to the state (itself questionable). The full U.S. Supreme Court overturned his emergency ruling today.
