West Wash Park is now home to Waterloo Coffee at 218 S. Broadway (across from the Post Office), which distinguishes itself by offering French crepes (made by proprietor Joseph Lindsey who trained in France with a chef to learn how to do so), as well as coffee.

Damn. And another reason I should've gotten out of bed this morning...
I love me a good plate of crepes.
Unfortunately, with most places that serve them, you can drop the last two letters and change the vowel in order to fulfill the truth-in-advertising legislations.
