Secret Courts

The FISA court (Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act) isn't the only court with secret cases these days in DC. About 20% of all criminal cases in DC are treated as if they don't exist in the public record. This is an outrage.

I'd rather pay money for witness protection programs than lose the public court system. But, the federal courts don't seem to care.
