Most Coloradans Were Better Off In 1999

Median incomes in Colorado have fallen 8.4% from 1999 to 2005, after adjusting for inflation. This is more than the national average drop of 6%.

States in the Northeast, California, Hawaii, and the Rocky Mountain States and Great Plains North of Colorado have done better.

The Northwest, the South, the Southwest, and much of the Midwest has done worse.

Hat Tip to Daily Kos Diarist John Campanelli.
