Felony Disenfranchisement On Decline

Colorado bars felons from voting only while incarcerated or serving a parole sentence. Incarcerated individuals who are serving a sentence only for a misdemeanor, incarcerated individuals awaiting trial, and someone serving a probation rather than a parole sentence (even if it is for a felony) are not barred from voting in Colorado.
